Solutions Consultant Remote
THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Consultant to join Pronto Solutions Alliance Inc. (PSA) for their offices in the Greater Toronto Area. This position is remote, and can be located across Canada and North America as we are looking for the best ERP Consultant to join the PSA Team. With travel to meet with the team and customers at various sites, the Solution Consultants creates and delivers Pronto software solutions to meet the needs of PSA customers, under the direction of Project Managers and Lead Consultants.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously strive to expand the breadth and depth of their Pronto software knowledge.
- Communicate with clarity, precision, and honesty to both customers and colleagues.
- Provide consultative guidance and best practice advice to customers.
- Work collaboratively with customer and PSA personnel in the delivery of solutions and services.
- Inform and escalate project issues to Project Managers and Lead Consultants as appropriate.
- Implement and configure Pronto software solutions.
- Assist with business development and presales activities.
- Train customers on proper and efficient use of Pronto software.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Business/Commerce/Engineering or Information Technology or significant relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of multiple ERP modules and how they relate to key business areas, such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, EAM.
- Experience with an integrated ERP such as Pronto, SAP, Oracle, Dynamix, JDE etc.
- Demonstrated experience implementing ERP, either as a consultant or within an organization going through an ERP project.
- Experience with business process design.
- Ability to learn new skills and work within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to exotic, remote and new locations.
- Knowledge of Accounting concepts and principals.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience working in the mining or mining services industry in any capacity.
- Foreign Language skills in French, Spanish or Swahili would be helpful.
